New iPhone 12 Leak Hints at a Cheaper 4G Model

Apple seems to be upping the ante by introducing a new iPhone 12 variant to the table that’s going to cost less and have all the other features as well.

First reported by MyDrivers, a Chinese tech publishing platform, this year’s iPhone could have a larger range, according to Daniel Ives, who is an analyst for Wedbush Securities.

So far, there is speculation that the iPhone 12 will have four different models with varying screen dimensions. iPhone 12 is set to be built with a screen of 5.4 inches, along with iPhone 12 Max and iPhone 12 Pro having the same size- a 6.1-inch display. iPhone 12 Pro Max, however, will consist of a 6.7-inch screen. All are reported to arrive 5G enabled.

To talk about the 5G concept, it’s far from common currently. With that considered, the iPhone 12 having 5G support will definitely last for a prolonged period.

Nevertheless, since 5G isn’t accessible to every average phone user, nor are there any budget-friendly 5G phones available in the market. Moreover, with 5G connectivity still making its place in the world, people will feel reluctant to purchase a high-end version of the iPhone, which can’t live up to its full potential.

This is why it seems a smart strategy for Apple to launch a 4G model that offers fans a bit more affordable, yet a similar taste of the classic iPhone experience.

Apple began by announcing one iPhone at a time, to a whopping three with iPhone 11. Now that a fifth phone is in the equation, it’s only evident that Apple’s manufacturing operations and marketing are about to get a lot more complicated from here on out.

In other news, a less expensive iPhone 12 amounts as a decent replacement of the iPhone XR, which was a reasonable variant of the iPhone X.

In other words, the 4G iPhone 12 can potentially become the ‘iPhone 12 SE’, bearing in mind how the iPhone SE 2020 has accumulated befitting success and positive critique. How it did that was by offering the iOS experience and great features at a budget-friendly price.

Nevertheless, the larger than life bezels that come along with it do make it seem outdated in terms of look, and overall aesthetic.

We’re expecting the iPhone 12 to come with a dual rear-camera setup and a powerful A14 Bionic chip. At the same time, the iPhone 12 Pro models are predicted to have a triple camera array and a 120Hz refresh-rate Pro Motion display.

The iPhone 12 is thought to come equipped with two rear cameras, and the all-new, all-powerful Apple’s A14 Bionic chip. On the other hand, iPhone 12 Pro might boast a triple camera design with a ProMotion screen, having a 120Hz refresh rate.

An expectancy for the 4G iPhone 12 is to pack a single camera, an LED screen, and a display with little to none bezels. This would ultimately make it sell at a lower price.
