Respawn- the developer of Apex Legends, has also made it clear that the game is about to host a cross-platform multiplayer as well later this year. This attributes to a functional multiplayer mode on Xbox One, PS4, Origin, Steam, and Nintendo Switch, all with each other. Respawn managing all this complexity to make it a fun experience is yet to be seen.
Moreover, EA doesn’t want only Apex Legends on the well-known platform of Steam. Titanfall 2, Dead Space 3, The Sims 4, and A Way Out- all have been made available, and are playable right now. According to Kotaku.au, Need for Speed: Most Wanted has also made its way to Steam.
In other news, EA made a return to releasing games on Steam last year after it had chosen Origin to continue on the PC platform back in 2011. The first game to debut was Star Wards Jedi: Fallen Order. From then on out, various EA games have landed on the famous gaming hub on desktop. Also, EA plans to release the EA Access subscription, which gamers can purchase at an inexpensive cost, and enjoy a variety of EA titles.

On Steam, the download size can expectedly amount up to 25.82 GBs, similar to the Origin’s version of the game. Comparatively, it’s still not as gigantic like the size on Xbox One- a massive 65.02 GBs.
